Composition

1 capsule contains active ingredients:

Passionflower incarnate (Passiflora incarnata herba), herb extract - 70 mg.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), herb and flower extract - 60 mg. Hops (H

umulus iupulus), inflorescence extract - 60 mg.

Valerian (Valeriana oflicinalis radix), root extract - 40 mg.

Leonurus cardiaca, herb extract - 30 mg.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis herba), herb extract - 30 mg.

Inclined peony (Paeonia anomala radix), root extract - 15 mg.

Excipients - fillers (aerosil (amorphous silicon dioxide), milk sugar).

The capsule shell is gelatin.

Description

"Certamen" is a dietary supplement made from plant extracts.

Biologically active substances that make up phytoextracts have moderate sedative properties, help eliminate feelings of irritability and psycho-emotional tension, increase performance and improve sleep.

Indication

"Certamen" can be recommended to normalize the functional state of the nervous system in people who are in conditions of mental and physical overload, accompanied by stress and exhaustion of the body, with sleep disorders, in order to reduce the risk of the occurrence and development of somatic cardiovascular and neurological diseases, improve the general condition in chronic diseases and their exacerbations.

Contraindication

Pregnancy and lactation period; individual intolerance to the components.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Do not use the drug as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

It is not a medicine.

Method of administration and doses

Adults should take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day after meals, and for sleep disorders - 1-2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.

Drink plenty of drinking water.

The course of treatment is 2-3 months.

If necessary, the course can be repeated.
