Natural dried sifted fennel fruits, chamomile.

Recommendations for use

Boil all baby food utensils.

Boil baby water in a prepared container, pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 herbal tea bag.

Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

Pour into prepared breastfeeding containers and cool to 37°C.

Check the temperature of the herbal tea before use.

Take warm 3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals for 3-5 days.
