Composition

Isotonic solution of purified sea water, D-panthenol, calendula extract, sodium benzoate, carbomer.

Properties

Isotonic solution of purified sea water helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa. Helps to dilute viscous nasal secretion and normalize its production. Cleans the nasal cavity from allergens, dust and excess mucus. Improves the function of the ciliated epithelium, which enhances the protection of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses from the penetration of pathogenic bacteria and viruses.

D-panthenol stimulates the regeneration of damaged tissues and mucous membranes. Moisturizes, reduces local inflammation and irritation. Promotes cell renewal, restoration of mucous membrane functions.

Calendula extract has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and wound-healing effects. Reduces irritation and soothes the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

Recommendations for use

• Use as an auxiliary hygienic and prophylactic agent in the complex therapy of acute and chronic purulent-inflammatory processes for physiological care of the mucous membrane of the nasal sinuses and after surgical interventions in the nasal cavity to restore the protective functions of the mucous membrane.
• For the prevention of nasal cavity infections associated with colds, including influenza.
• To cleanse the nasal mucosa from viruses, bacteria, allergens, and dust.
• For people suffering from nasal breathing problems, dry nasal mucosa, and crusts in the nose, in order to normalize physiological functions and moisturize the nasal mucosa.
• To provide additional protection for adults and children from bacteria and viruses during periods associated with an increased risk of diseases and epidemics, including when visiting crowded places and organized children's groups.

Method of administration and doses

The spray is used intranasally. Before using the spray for the first time, press the dispenser several times until a steady spray appears. In order to comply with hygiene standards, it is recommended to use the product individually. It is recommended that the spray be used by children under adult supervision.

To restore the physiological functions of the mucous membrane in acute and chronic nasal breathing disorders:

• for children from 3 years old - on the recommendation of a doctor;
• children from 6 years old and adults - 3-6 times a day, 1 injection into each nasal passage.

To prevent infections:

• for children from 3 years old - on the recommendation of a doctor;
• children from 6 years old and adults - 1 injection into each nasal passage 1-3 times a day.

To rinse the nose from secretions, use for children from 3 years of age (as recommended by a doctor), children from 6 years of age and adults 2-3 times a day, 1 injection into each nasal passage, until the accumulation of nasal secretions deposited in the nasal passage is softened and removed.

Spray application procedure

Preparation:

• clean the nasal passages thoroughly;
• Shake the bottle vigorously;
• remove the safety cap from it;
• Make sure the dispenser is properly attached.

For irrigation of the nasal mucosa:

• holding the bottle at any angle, carefully insert the tip into the nasal passage and press the dispenser once;
• During the injection, simultaneously take a light breath through your nose;
• repeat the procedure with the other nasal passage;
• clear your nose of secretions by carefully exhaling air through it;
• Rinse the dispenser tip with clean water, wipe it dry and close it with the safety cap.

To rinse the nasal cavity: the procedure can be performed both standing and sitting, preferably before eating. To do this, repeat the following steps.

1. Prepare for the nasal irrigation procedure as outlined in point I.
2. Tilt your head to the left and insert the spray tip into your right nostril. Hold your breath and press the spray button once to spray.
3. Tilt your head to the right and insert the spray tip into your left nostril. Hold your breath and press the spray button once to spray.
4. Do not tilt your head back to avoid discomfort caused by accidental liquid getting into your throat.
5. After rinsing, gently blow your nasal passages to clear them of secretions.
6. Rinse the dispenser tip with clean water, wipe it dry and close it with the safety cap.

Contraindication

Persons with hypersensitivity to individual components of the formulation.

Expiration date

24 months from the date of manufacture.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature of +5 °C to +25 °C in a dry place, protected from light. It is recommended to use within 45 days after opening the bottle.
