Composition
active ingredients: sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, sodium tetraborate, D-Panthenol, chlorophyllipt (thick eucalyptus extract) – 1%, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, mint essential oil, anise essential oil;
excipients: distilled water, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, glycerin, maltitol, PEG-1500, propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium saccharinate, potassium sorbate, vitamin E, thymol, zinc sulfate, sodium hyaluronate, BNT.
Description
Medical product "Throat Spray with Chlorophyllipt*". It is used as an aid for mechanical cleaning of the oral cavity and pharynx, alleviating symptoms and improving the condition of acute and chronic lesions of the throat and oral cavity accompanying tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, stomatitis.
Properties
The complex effect of the medical product "Throat Spray with Chlorophyllipt*" is due to the properties of its components:
Eucalyptus leaf extract contains bioactive components, including flavonoids, tannins, phytoncides, and essential oil, which helps alleviate the course of respiratory diseases of viral and bacterial etiology, mechanically cleanses the oral cavity and pharynx, facilitating the removal of phlegm from the respiratory tract, relieves symptoms and improves the condition of acute and chronic lesions of the throat and oral cavity, and helps accelerate the normalization of well-being.
D-Panthenol is a provitamin B5 whose action is similar to that of pantothenic acid, which is necessary for the formation and regeneration of the mucous membrane. It has a powerful anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and soothing effect.
Anise essential oil has bactericidal and antiviral properties, has a positive effect on the condition of the bronchi, lungs, and tonsils, helping to relieve swelling and remove mucus, and has an anti-inflammatory and tonic effect.
Peppermint essential oil contains menthol, a mild local anesthetic and antiseptic. Menthol is an activator of the TRPM8 ion channel, a transmembrane protein of the TRP channel family, which causes a feeling of cold and relief at the site of inflammation.
The alkaline solution, which is the basis of the throat spray, consists of a complex of: sodium chloride (sea salt), sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium tetraborate, potassium chloride and calcium chloride. It helps to moisturize the mucous membrane, eliminate irritation, itching and dryness in the throat; helps to accelerate the extinction of the inflammatory process, relieve swelling, destroy microbes and heal tissues; facilitates the removal of mucus, eliminating dry "barking" cough and wet cough with a large amount of mucus in the bronchi, thereby eliminating difficulty breathing.
Alkaline solutions can provide:
Sanitizing the oral cavity and pharynx, cleansing tissues by mechanically washing away infectious agents and mucus, reducing the infectious load and helping to speed up recovery;
local improvement of the condition of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, tonsils and pharynx by helping to reduce swelling, moisturize the mucosa and eliminate discomfort and itching;
moisturizing mucous membranes, preventing the formation of microcracks on their surface and exerting an analgesic effect;
Stimulates expectoration, thanks to its expectorant properties, turning a dry cough into a productive one.
Method of administration and doses
Prepare the sprayer.
Move the spray nozzle to a horizontal position.
Make 2–3 test sprays into the air. Avoid getting the spray in your eyes.
The injection should be performed with the head in a vertical position.
Apply 1–2 sprays to children aged 6 and over, 2–3 sprays to children aged 12 and over and adults onto the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and pharynx 3–4 times a day. The spray should only be used by children under adult supervision.
If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
The course of application is 5-10 days, but can be extended up to 3 weeks on the recommendation of a doctor.

Contraindication

Reservation
do not use if the bottle or sprayer is damaged or after the expiration date;
do not disassemble the sprayer into parts;

Release form
Spray in a 30 ml (ml) bottle with a spray pump; 1 bottle in a cardboard box together with instructions for use of the medical device.
Storage conditions
Store in the manufacturer's original packaging in a place protected from direct sunlight or heat sources and out of reach of children at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C.
After first opening the bottle, the medical device can be used for 3 months.
