Recommendations for use
Prevention and treatment of cervical lesions caused by the human papillomavirus by controlling the physiological state of the transformation zone of the cervico-vaginal mucosa of the cervix.
Composition
Water, sorbitol, carboxymethyl beta-glucan, cross-linked acrylic polymer (polycarbophil), imidazolidinyl urea, sodium dehydroacetate.
Does not contain fragrances.
Reservation
The color of the gel may vary due to the presence of natural ingredients, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
The product is intended for vaginal use. Do not swallow. Do not use the product without medical advice in case of confirmed or suspected pregnancy or concomitant local pharmacological therapy.
The product is not intended for use in pediatric practice.
Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may cause local sensitization or irritation; if this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
Do not use the product if the packaging or applicator is damaged.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Use the product according to the instructions for use. The applicator is disposable and cannot be reused.
Method of administration and doses
Do not shake the bottle before use.
Remove the vaginal applicator from the protective cover. Remove the cap from the sprayer. Insert the applicator into the dosing nozzle of the bottle. Start application by pressing the vacuum dispenser button until the product appears.
Insert the applicator deep into the vagina while lying on your back with your knees bent. Spray 5 times per application. Discard the applicator after use. Replace the cap on the spray.
It is advisable to apply one application (5 sprays) per day, for 10 days, in the evening before bedtime. Repeated courses of application are carried out in accordance with the doctor's recommendations. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
1 bottle corresponds to 10 days of use.
Side effects
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any component of the product. Tests conducted on the product to date have not revealed any sensitization or other side effects. In case of persistent discomfort, consult a doctor.
Release form
1 bottle of 20 ml and 10 individually packaged disposable applicators in a cardboard box, or 2 bottles of 20 ml and 20 individually packaged disposable applicators in a cardboard box. Each applicator is for single use.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, out of reach of children, protected from light place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Expiration date
The expiration date is indicated for an undamaged and properly stored product.
COLPOFIX® is a class IIa medical device in accordance with the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC and subsequent updates.
This product should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medical products you no longer use. This will help protect the environment.
