Side effects

Adverse reactions caused by ciprofloxacin. General disorders and administration site conditions: hyperthermia, drug intolerance.
Adverse reactions caused by dexamethasone: A common side effect observed during clinical trials was ocular discomfort.
Interaction
Since the drug is applied topically, the severity of interactions with drugs used systemically is unlikely, but interactions cannot be ruled out:
theophylline when used simultaneously with the drug may increase the concentration of theophylline in the blood serum and prolong the half-life, which, in turn, increases the risk of side effects of theophylline. If necessary, the serum theophylline level should be determined and the prescribed dose of theophylline should be reviewed; caffeine like all quinolones, ciprofloxacin has the ability to reduce the rate of caffeine metabolism, which, in turn, leads to an increase in caffeine clearance and prolongs the half-life.Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of 15 °C to 25 °C in a place protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
