When rinsing the nasal cavity with sea salt, pathological secretions are removed from the surface of the nasal mucosa along with viruses, bacteria, allergens and dust, swelling and inflammation are reduced, and capillary tone is increased. The mucous membranes are beneficially affected by trace elements and salts of the Mediterranean Sea.

Method of application

Preparation of the solution:

Wash the bottle and cap of Zozulya thoroughly with a mild soap solution. Rinse thoroughly. Pour the contents of the sea salt sachet into the bottle. Fill the bottle with warm water (purified, pre-boiled, distilled or sterile) to 120 ml or 240 ml. Check the temperature of the solution by squeezing a few drops onto your wrist. Use warm water. Screw the cap on and shake the bottle. The solution should always be fresh. After washing and rinsing the bottle and cap, mix a new batch. Rinse the cap after each use.

Application:

Pull the tip to open it and place the tip of the bottle in one nostril, ensuring a good seal. Keep your head straight and look straight ahead. Point the tip of the bottle towards the back of the throat, lifting the bottle from below. DO NOT point the tip upwards (see picture). When pressing the cap, close your throat tightly with your tongue, as if gargling or making sounds (such as "coo-coo"), or simply hold your breath while pressing the bottle. Gently press the bottle, allowing the solution to rinse the area along the nasal septum and exit through the opposite nostril. Switch nostrils and repeat the procedure. Let the solution flow freely from your nose for a few seconds, then blow your nose gently. If your ears are blocked, cough more gently or simply let the solution drain naturally. To help the solution flow, lean forward and gently turn your head from side to side. Carefully blow your nose after the solution drains naturally.

Contraindication

Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or if there are serious medical conditions. Never close the opposite nostril to prevent the solution from flowing freely. Do not use immediately before bedtime, as water may drip from the nose for a few minutes after rinsing. If you experience burning or tingling, reduce the amount of saline solution. Each Cuckoo bottle is intended for one user. - Replace the bottle when necessary (6-7 months). Never force someone to rinse, do it yourself. Do not lie down while using Cuckoo. Do not heat plastic bottles in the microwave.
