Active ingredients
The functional properties of the dietary supplement Cyclophyt Forte are due to the plant components that make up its composition and may have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, hormone-regulating, and antiproliferative effects.
The mechanism of action of flavonoids contained in plant extracts is competitive interaction with estrogen or androgen receptors in the presence of an excess of endogenous estrogens or androgens. In addition, they can inhibit the activity of aromatase, the main enzyme that converts male sex hormones into female ones, and can also normalize the ratio of estradiol and progesterone levels, and contribute to a decrease in prolactin levels and, accordingly, an increase in progesterone levels.
Biologically active components of plant extracts that are part of Cyclophyte Forte can enhance the function of the intact part of the ovary and help soften the cyst capsule in cystic lesions, and can prevent the development of dysplastic processes in glandular tissue, stromal elements of the mammary glands, ovaries, and uterus.
Chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus) can alleviate premenstrual syndrome (in case of corpus luteum insufficiency) and menopausal symptoms. Due to its dopaminergic effect, chaste tree is used for insufficient breast milk production, swelling and discomfort in the mammary glands.
Angelica sinensis root extract is considered a blood tonic and can be used by women for health problems such as menstrual cramps and menstrual cycle regulation. Angelica sinensis root extract is also characterized by anticoagulant and antiplatelet activities, as well as promoting hematopoiesis, immune support, and uterine tonicity.
The extract of the roots of the six-petaled meadowsweet (Filipendula vulgaris) can have antispasmodic and astringent effects, in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract it has wound healing, hemostatic, diaphoretic and diuretic activity. Due to the presence of salicylic glycoside, it can have an anti-inflammatory effect, thereby helping to alleviate discomfort in inflammation of the uterine mucosa, and in changes in the structure of the mammary gland, bleeding, postpartum complications.
Fresh curly parsley root extract (Petroselinum crispum). This extract contains carotene, luteolin, apigenin and ascorbic acid. Due to the diuretic and antispasmodic properties inherent in parsley, it can be used as a diuretic and diaphoretic for disorders of the genitourinary organs.
