Composition

Composition per 1 capsule: vegetable capsule (ingredients: thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; magnesium oxide; citicoline; anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; fish oil, containing omega-3, microencapsulated (modified food starch, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide) (contains fish and fish products); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Borage oil (Borago officinalis L., oil from crushed seed powder, containing omega-6 (glucose syrup, modified food starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate); taurine; vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol acetate); L-tryptophan; selenium (yeast enriched with selenium); zinc (zinc oxide); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); dye: calcium carbonate; vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate).

Recommendations for use

It can be recommended by a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of citicoline, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins: B1, B6 and E, minerals: magnesium, selenium and zinc, to create optimal dietary conditions for the functioning of the human body, including to help maintain the body's cognitive functions and energy metabolism.

Method of administration and doses

Adults: 2 capsules daily after meals, unless otherwise directed. Swallow the capsules whole with a small amount of water during the morning.

Recommended duration of use: 1 - 2 months. Further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.

Reservation

Individual hypersensitivity to the product components, women during pregnancy and lactation. Before starting consumption and when using it simultaneously with any medications, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Should not be used as a substitute for a full diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Should not be used after the expiration date.
