CITIZIN is a dietary supplement with sweetener, citicoline (Cognizin®), vitamins A, C, E, biotin, B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) and blackcurrant extract in single-dose sachets, ready to take orally.

CITIZINE can be used as a dietary supplement to the usual diet - an additional source of anthocyanosides, citicoline, vitamins A, C, E, biotin, B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12).

Function of Citicoline (Cognizin®)

Citicoline (cytidine diphosphocholine, or CDP-choline) is a mononucleotide produced by the body from choline as an intermediate in the synthesis of cell membrane phospholipids. Oral doses of citicoline are rapidly absorbed and then hydrolyzed in the intestinal wall and liver to choline and cytidine. Cytidine is metabolized to uridine, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and is then converted to cytidine triphosphate (CTP).
