D-Vitum Children's Spray with Vitamin D3 is a preparation intended for children, including those who are still breastfeeding.

Active ingredients

The most important function of vitamin D3 is to regulate calcium and phosphate metabolism, promote proper mineralization and growth of the skeleton, tooth formation, and bone growth, as it helps the body extract calcium from food and regulates its amount.

During childhood, when the body is growing rapidly, insufficient vitamin D can lead to the disease "rickets." Vitamin D3 deficiency also suppresses the immune system and normal thyroid function.

Vitamin D3 is the natural form of vitamin D produced in animals and humans. Compared to vitamin D2, it has a higher vitamin activity (25% higher).

Indications for use

Children from birth to 6 years of age as an additional source of Tocalciferol (vitamin D3).

Recommendations for use

The product is intended for oral administration to infants, young children and adults. The package includes a dosing pump (dispenser) for installation on the bottle. The pump allows you to accurately measure the dose of the drug.

It is recommended to administer 1 spray dose (1 dosing pump) directly into the oral cavity once a day.

1 dose of spray contains 500 IU (12.5 mcg) of vitamin D3.

When mixed and breast-feeding, the doctor prescribes an individual dose of D-Vitum Spray, based on the vitamin D3 content in the formula and the composition of the child's diet.

Warning: Do not use simultaneously with vitamin D3 preparations. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the spray. It is not recommended to add to a bottle or plate of food, as it is not possible to guarantee that the entire amount is received. Failure to comply with the recommended method of use may lead to negative health consequences for the child. The product is not intended for parenteral use.
