Asparagus racemosus or Shatavari

It also has a positive effect on the immune system and helps the body recover faster from stress, acting as an adaptogen. Asparagus extract, in turn, has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-stress properties, which significantly alleviates the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
Dashmul
A complex of 10 extracts with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps normalize the state of the neuroendocrine and hormonal systems. Dashamul is indispensable for menstrual cycle disorders, PMS and other disorders of the female reproductive system.
Symplocos racemosa (Symplocos racemosa)
