DermaPRO acne capsules No. 30

Acne is the result of a malfunction of the sebaceous glands, which is inflammatory in nature. As a result of the blockage of the follicle of the sebaceous duct with a “plug” consisting of dead skin flakes and sebum, the sebum, unable to find a way out, stretches the cavity of the sebaceous gland, in which it gradually accumulates more and more. In the clogged sebaceous glands, the bacterium Propionobacterium acne begins to multiply and inflammation develops.
Acne is caused by several factors. First of all, it is the effect of male sex hormones (androgens) on the sebaceous gland, which leads to hyperproduction of sebum.
Recent scientific evidence also suggests that alterations in insulin signaling may play a significant role in the development of acne (Cordain et al., 2002; Nagpal et al., 2016; Balta et al., 2015; Kumari and Thappa, 2013; Del Prete et al., 2012). Insulin and insulin-like growth factor (IGF1) have acne-promoting effects (Melnick and Schmitz, 2009). Elevated serum IGF1 levels are associated with an increased risk of acne in women (Aizawa and Niimura, 1995).
Recommendations for use
Use as a dietary supplement for children over 12 years of age and adults, as an additional source of viable lactic acid bacteria. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is one of the most studied probiotic strains, the ability of which to prevent the occurrence and exacerbation of skin and mucous membrane diseases, in particular allergic ones, has been proven in scientific studies.
D-chiro-inositol contributes to:
decreased testosterone levels (hyperandrogenism);
elimination of insulin resistance;
reducing excess body weight;
reducing the manifestations of hirsutism;
reducing oxidative stress;
improving the metabolic profile.
Studies show that in patients with moderate acne, the use of inositol improves the clinical condition of the skin by reducing hyperandrogenism*.

Inulin is a nutrient substrate for the growth and reproduction of lacto- and bifidobacteria beneficial to the body, and promotes the rapid normalization of intestinal microflora.
DermaPRO® Acne helps:
reducing the level of hyperandrogenism, insulin resistance, oxidative stress, and therefore, reducing the triggering factors of acne development and increasing the effectiveness of acne therapy;
reducing the manifestations of hirsutism;
restoration of intestinal microflora and the intestinal barrier, which protects against the penetration of allergens and toxins into the blood;
synthesis of immunoglobulin A (IgA) by the intestinal Peyer's patches, which, entering the skin through the lymphatic channels, ensures the normalization of local skin immunity;
stopping the reproduction and development of opportunistic and pathogenic flora, in particular on the skin (Propionibacterium Acne, E. coli, Clostridium, Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas, Staphilococcus, etc.). This, in turn, helps reduce the risk of bacterial and fungal skin lesions;
eliminating the trigger mechanism for the development of dermatitis and dermatoses by restoring the intestinal barrier function and normalizing the immune response;
improving the metabolic profile.
DermaPRO® Acne is used in the complex correction of acne
