Vitamin D is a hormone-like vitamin that has various biological effects because its specific receptors (VDR) are localized in the nuclei of cells in many organs.
The main physiological function of vitamin D is to regulate calcium and phosphate metabolism, which contributes to normal bone mineralization and bone growth.
Cholecalciferol promotes the absorption and assimilation of calcium and phosphorus from food in the small intestine, as well as maintaining an appropriate level of calcium in the blood. In physiological concentrations, the presence of calcium ions in the blood ensures the maintenance of skeletal muscle tone, myocardial function, affects the blood clotting process, promotes normal transmission of nerve impulses and the synthesis of serotonin - the "hormone of happiness", which ensures a normal psycho-emotional state of a person1.
During the process of bone calcification, this vitamin regulates the excretion of calcium and phosphate by the kidneys.
Vitamin D is important for the normal functioning of the parathyroid glands. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the causes of osteomalacia.
It also participates in the functioning of the immune system – it regulates immune reactions, reduces the risk of colds, including viral ones2.
In women, vitamin D deficiency leads to impaired reproductive function – folliculogenesis, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, unsuccessful attempts at in vitro fertilization, and during menopause, due to hormonal imbalance, the body's increased need for this vitamin to reduce the likelihood of osteoporosis3.

Regulates metabolic processes in the body – affects the lipid profile, reduces the level of total blood cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL. Plays an important role in the correction of obesity and metabolic syndrome5.

Indications for use
DetriX 5600 dietary supplement – capsules, each of which contains 5600 IU of vitamin D3
It is not a medicine.
It can be recommended as an additional source of vitamin D for adults with confirmed insufficient vitamin D intake and for the elderly to: regulate the absorption and assimilation of calcium and phosphates in the body; maintain normal serum calcium levels; maintain healthy bones and teeth; and maintain proper functioning of the muscular and immune systems.
Method of application
Adults take 1 capsule once every 6 days during meals, or as recommended by a doctor after determining the level of vitamin D in the body.
Swallow the capsule with sufficient water. Do not chew.

4 weeks, further consumption should be coordinated with a doctor.
