Composition:
Active ingredient: 1 g of gel contains diclofenac sodium 10 mg;
excipients: propylene glycol, ethanol 96%, macrogol 400, carbopol 980, purified water, methyl parahydroxybenzoate.

Pharmacological properties.
When applied topically, it has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effects. It eliminates pain and inflammation in the joints, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, helping to increase the range of motion in them.
When used in the form of a gel, diclofenac is slowly absorbed, penetrating into the subcutaneous fatty and muscle tissue, joint capsule and synovial fluid.
Indication.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatic soft tissue lesions (tendovaginitis, bursitis); spinal osteochondrosis, radiculitis; myalgia, neuralgia; injuries (strokes, sprains of ligaments, muscles and tendons); inflammatory swelling of soft tissues, pain in muscles and joints caused by heavy physical exertion.
Contraindication.
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, bronchial asthma, urticaria or rhinitis caused by the use of acetylsalicylic acid and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; gastric and duodenal ulcer; pregnancy and breastfeeding, age up to 14 years.

Do not apply the drug to damaged skin surfaces, open wounds, eyes, and mucous membranes.

Application features.

Method of administration and doses.
The gel is applied topically to the skin. Depending on the area of the affected area, 2-4 g of gel (a strip of gel 4-8 cm long) is applied in a thin layer to the skin and lightly rubbed in 2-3 times a day. The duration of the treatment course depends on the indications and effectiveness of the treatment.
Side effects.
Redness of the skin, burning or tingling sensation, itching of the skin at the site of application.

2 years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date stated on the package.
