Disc Massager




The massager is used for individual use at home for chronic fatigue, muscle and joint pain, and to neutralize "blockages" in energy channels.
Method of application
Before starting the massage, place the massager between the index and middle fingers of your right or left hand with the small tip facing up. Place your thumb and ring finger directly on the massager.
Position: standing, sitting or lying down.
Place the massager with your thumb and small head on the body area and gently move it in longitudinal, transverse or circular movements (clockwise) to stimulate the skin.
Areas that need to be massaged: head, neck, shoulders, back, chest, lower back, buttocks, abdomen, arms and legs on all sides.
Massage time: 5-15 minutes 1 or 2 times a day before meals or an hour after meals daily or as needed.
The massage is done through thin fabric, linen or light clothing to protect the skin from injury. You can also massage the scalp directly.
Application area
Using the massager not as a resonator, but simply as a massager, you can do different types of massage: point, segmental, massage of the energy zones of the body, massage of the feet and hands, joints (just roll it in your hands like Chinese balls).
The massager can be used not only in the family, but also in the work of professional massage therapists and chiropractors.
