General recommendations

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Composition

Potassium carbonate, fillers (isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, coating (glazing agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stabilizer polyethylene glycol, thickener talc, colorant calcium carbonate, medium chain triglycerides, colors (black iron oxide, indigo carmine)), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

**RDI - reference intake value (daily) for persons over 18 years of age, according to Appendix No. 9 to the Law of Ukraine No. 2639-VIII.

Consumption method

Recommended daily amount: adults 2 tablets per day.

Consumption precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.

Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children!

The "Best before" date and batch number are indicated on the bottom of the package.
