Special safety precautions
The drug is intended for external use only.
Before using the medicine, it is necessary to first apply it to a small area of the skin in order to prevent the development of allergic reactions. Avoid application to sensitive or damaged skin, as well as to a large area. Lanolin in the ointment may cause skin reactions (contact dermatitis). The packaging contains a latex sealant, which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Absorption is increased by heat or physical exertion (e.g. during sports). Do not use under compression or warming bandages, as well as together with electric heating pads. The application site can only be lightly covered. Some patients, especially with sensitive skin, may experience discomfort when applied in hot weather or after taking a bath. Do not use with an occlusive dressing.
If the ointment accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse them with water and consult a doctor immediately.
After using the drug Doloxen Fast, you should always wash your hands, unless they are the object of treatment.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
The use of the drug simultaneously with oral warfarin potentiates the effect of the latter, leading to hematological changes.
Although adequate controlled interaction trials have not been conducted, it is possible that excessive use of topical salicylates may increase the effects of coumarin anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs. Therefore, caution should be exercised in patients taking coumarin anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs, including aspirin.
Application features
Salicylates may enhance the effects of anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs. The use of salicylates has been associated with the development of Reye's syndrome.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
It is contraindicated to use the drug during these periods due to the lack of sufficient observational data.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
Does not affect.

Apply approximately 1–2 g of ointment to the affected area 3 times a day.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 2 weeks.
