Doppelherz® Active Complex for Her contains carefully selected vitamins, minerals, trace elements, plant components and collagen, which are involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body and are specially adapted to the needs of a woman's body.
Adequate intake of calcium, iron and folic acid is especially important for women. Calcium is necessary for bone maintenance, iron plays an important role in the normal formation of red blood cells and helps transport oxygen in the body. Folic acid plays an important role in cell division and supports blood formation. Adequate folic acid supply is especially important in childbearing age, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
In addition to these components, Doppelherz® Active Complex for Her contains many other vitamins, minerals, and trace elements that perform important functions in the body.
Vitamins B1, B2, B12, B6, C, pantothenic acid, niacin and trace elements iron and iodine contribute to normal energy metabolism. Chromium participates in normal macronutrient metabolism and helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Molybdenum participates in the metabolism of sulfur-containing acids.
- Immune system and cell defense
The trace elements copper, selenium, zinc, and vitamin C play an important role in the functioning of the immune system and, like vitamin E, help protect cells from oxidative stress.
