Active ingredients:

Excipients: dicalcium phosphate filler, gelatin, zinc gluconate, maltodextrin, calcium D-pantothenate, separating agents, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride, titanium dioxide, dye, iron oxides and hydroxides, pteroylmonoglutamate.

Properties

Asian red ginseng (Panax ginseng) - increases physical and mental alertness, is a natural adaptogen, helps cope with autumn boredom, and improves the body's immune response.

Zinc – contributes to normal cognitive function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamins B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (cobalamin) – help reduce fatigue and play a role in normal energy metabolism, necessary for the functioning of the nervous system.

Folic acid (vitamin B9) – boosts immunity, especially necessary for pregnant women for the healthy development of the unborn child.

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – supports mental performance and participates in fat metabolism.

Indications for use

To be mentally active and physically mobile, to have strong nerves and a strong brain, our body needs a balanced diet with foods containing B vitamins.

Contraindication

Not suitable for children under 14 years of age, pregnant or lactating women. It is recommended to take in the morning.

Dosage and use

Take 1 capsule daily during breakfast, with plenty of liquid, without chewing.
