Composition

1 capsule contains:

Glycine - 500 mg

Vitamin B12 - 3 mcg

Vitamin B1 - 1.7 mg

Vitamin B6 - 2 mg

magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b), gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171).

General characteristics

Glycine and B vitamins help improve mood, reduce psycho-emotional tension and stress, increase mental performance, and normalize sleep.
