Composition

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 150 mg; Calcium - 120 mg; Magnesium - 57 mg; Vitamin E (Tocopherol) - 17 mg; Nicotinamide - 18 mg; Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - 12 mg; Potassium - 10 mg; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - 5 mg; Zinc - 5 mg; Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - 4 mg; Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - 3.5 mg; Iron - 2.1 mg; Copper - 0.9 mg; Manganese - 0.9 mg; Vitamin A - 800 mcg; Vitamin B9 (folic acid) - 450 mcg; Vitamin B7 (biotin) - 100 mcg; Iodine - 100 mcg; Phosphorus - 92 mcg; Chromium - 25 mcg; Vitamin K - 20 mcg; Molybdenum - 20 mcg; Selenium - 10 mcg; Vitamin D (Calciferol) - 5 mcg; Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) - 2.5 mcg.

Method of administration and doses

Adults and children over 14 years of age: 1 tablet per day (without chewing) during or after meals, washed down with sufficient water. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

May be recommended by a doctor as an additional source of vitamins and minerals to create optimal dietary conditions for the functioning of the human body. Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Reservation

Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product, women during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For the attention of diabetics: 1 tablet contains 3 kcal/13 kJ and does not contain bread units.

Term of use

30 days, further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.

tablets weighing 1.6 g (10 tablets in a blister; 1 or 3 blisters in a pack). 30 tablets = 48 g.

Storage conditions

At a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius, in a dry place inaccessible to children.
