Composition

Ingredients: magnesium oxide, trimagnesium dicitrate, microcrystalline cellulose E460(i), isomalt E953, dicalcium phosphate E341(ii), modified starch, croscarmellose sodium E468, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose E464, polyvinylpyrrolidone E1201, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, fatty acids E570, magnesium salts of fatty acids E470b, hydroxypropyl cellulose E463, pyridoxine hydrochloride, talc E553b, coconut oil.

Pharmacological action

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is not produced by the body, so it can only be obtained exogenously. Its storage in the body is possible in limited quantities, and the expenditure may increase depending on the needs or load of the body. Sufficient intake of magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium supports energy metabolism and balanced functioning of the nervous system.

Magnesium B6 Depot tablets from Doppelherz System provide the body with magnesium throughout the day for stable functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.

The direct phase will provide 200 mg of magnesium, of which 50 mg is the citrate form combined with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.

The depot phase provides 200 mg of magnesium along with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.

The 2-phase Depo tablet consists of two layers – immediate and sustained release.

The “direct phase” layer provides the body with magnesium in a short period of time thanks to its rapid release and citrate form of magnesium, which has higher bioavailability.

The “depot” layer will maintain an optimal magnesium balance through gradual release.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and also improves magnesium absorption.

Recommendations for use

May be recommended by a doctor in dietary diets as an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 to create optimal dietary conditions for the functioning of the human body. Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Method of application

Adults with increased magnesium needs, heavy physical exertion, diet, etc. are recommended to take 1 tablet, regardless of meals, once a day. With an unbalanced diet, take ½ tablet, regardless of meals, once a day. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Recommended duration of use: 1 month, further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.

Precautions for use

Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product. During pregnancy, people with kidney disease are recommended to take after consulting a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Excessive consumption may cause diarrhea.

Information for diabetics: 1 tablet contains 9 kJ (kJ)/ 2 kcal (kcal) and does not contain bread units.

Tablets weighing 1600 mg (mg) (10 tablets in a blister, 1, 3 or 6 blisters together with instructions in a cardboard box).
