In official medicine, it is generally accepted that the optimal ratio of magnesium to calcium is 1: 2, and it is this ratio that must be maintained in the diet. Therefore, both excess and deficiency of magnesium impair the absorption of calcium in the intestines. Deficiency of magnesium salts in the diet reduces the bioavailability of calcium and can cause some forms of osteoporosis and rickets.

Indications for use

• To eliminate magnesium and calcium deficiency in the body;
• to maintain normal functioning of the heart, muscles, nervous system and bone structure;
• to eliminate the manifestations of osteoporosis, as well as after fractures;
• with increased nervous excitability, irritability, anxiety, impaired concentration and memory;
• with muscle contraction disorders (muscle cramps (especially at night), hand tremors, pain with muscle tension and pulling).

Method of administration and doses

Adults: 1 tablet per day during meals, without chewing. Wash down with plenty of water.
