Humana 3 is an infant formula specially formulated for children aged 12 months and up. It contains all the essential nutrients to help your child grow and develop as they explore the world. It is developed based on scientific advances and clinical studies.

Only Humana formulas contain iron in the form of a new compound - iron bisglycinate, which has increased bioavailability (absorption in the intestine is 4 times higher than in conventional iron compounds), and therefore requires a smaller amount of consumption. Unlike conventional compounds, iron bisglycinate does not irritate the delicate gastric mucosa, does not cause gastrointestinal dysfunction (nausea, constipation or, conversely, more frequent bowel movements), and does not have a toxic effect on the intestinal microflora.

500 g of dry mixture = 24 servings of Humana 3 ready-made mixture of 200 ml each.

Composition

Skimmed milk, lactose, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), palm kernel oil, demineralized whey powder, vitamin C, iron bisglycinate, vitamin A, zinc sulfate, calcium carbonate, potassium iodate, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D

Method of application

To prepare the Humana 3 mixture, it is recommended to adhere to the following proportion: one measuring spoon of dry mixture without cream (3.5 g) is diluted in 30 ml of water. You get approximately 33 ml of the finished mixture.

Cooking method:

1. Before preparing the mixture, wash your hands thoroughly, sterilize the bottle and nipples from which the baby will drink the mixture.
2. Boil the water and cool it to a temperature of 50°C.
3. Pour about half of the required amount of water into a baby feeding bottle.
4. Use the measuring spoon included in the package to measure the required amount of dry mix into the bottle. Always follow the recommended proportions of dry mix and water. Be sure to remove the cream from the measuring spoon.
5. Close the bottle, shake for 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Add the remaining required amount of water and shake again.
6. Cool the finished mixture to a comfortable feeding temperature of approximately 37°C.
7. Check the temperature of the mixture on the back of your wrist.

Prepare the formula for only one feeding immediately before use. Do not reuse leftover formula for another feeding.

Always follow the instructions on the baby food packaging.

Use

The amount of ready-made formula per feeding depends on the type of feeding (mixed or artificial), the child's body weight, and the intervals between feedings.

An opened bag of the mixture should be stored in a dry and cool place and used within 28 days.
