Composition

1 capsule contains: active ingredients: extract of the stem and leaves of Lespedeza capitata – 500 mg (mg), silymarin (Silymarin) – 75 mg (mg); excipients: fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide (orysil), calcium carbonate; capsule shell: gelatin.

DUONEFRIL®-500 is recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances of plant origin to normalize the functional state of the kidneys.

DUONEFRIL®-500 helps improve renal filtration and diuresis, reduce the content of nitrogenous compounds in the blood, and improve antioxidant protection of kidney cells.

Properties

According to publicly available literature sources, the components that make up the dietary supplement DUONEFRIL®-500 have the following properties:

Lespedeza capitata extract contains tannins, flavonoids, and polyphenols, which determine its biological activity.

Lespedeza capitulata helps increase renal filtration, reduce azotemia, and increase diuresis. Accelerates the excretion of nitrogenous wastes, enhances sodium excretion, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Silymarin is obtained from the extract of milk thistle fruit (Silybum marianum).

Silymarin neutralizes free radicals in the liver, prevents the destruction of cellular structures, in particular, stabilizes hepatocyte membranes.

Silymarin promotes the restoration and regeneration of kidney tissue by increasing protein and nucleic acid synthesis, reducing albumin excretion, improving antioxidant properties, and reducing the nephrotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs.

Method of application

Adults should take 1 capsule three times a day, regardless of meals, with sufficient water. Duration of use: 3 months, but should be determined by a doctor individually, taking into account the nature and characteristics of the functional state of the kidneys.
