Composition

active ingredients: 1 g of the collection contains: trailing grass (Bidentis herba) 0.1 g; chamomile flowers (Matricariae flores) 0.1 g; licorice roots (Glycyrrhizae radices) 0.2 g; sage leaves (Salviae folia) 0.2 g; eucalyptus twig leaves (Eucalypti viminalis folia) 0.2 g; calendula flowers (Calendulae flores) 0.2 g.

Main physicochemical properties: a mixture of pieces of various shapes, gray-green in color with orange-yellow, white and brown inclusions; fragrant smell.

Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics

The components of the drug have an antimicrobial effect against staphylococcus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Microsporum vulgare and some other microorganisms; exhibit anti-inflammatory properties and stimulate reparative processes.

Indication

In the complex therapy of acute and chronic diseases of the ear, throat and nose; inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and digestive tract.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Arterial hypertension; impaired liver or kidney function; hypokalemia, severe obesity.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Concomitant use with cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs (quinidine), thiazide and loop diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids and laxatives may increase hypokalemia.

Application features

Use with caution in patients with myocarditis, pericarditis, myocardial infarction, bradycardia.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

As prescribed by a doctor, if the benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus/child.

Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

Method of administration and doses

Place 2 tablespoons of the collection in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue to a strained infusion. Bring the volume of the infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Apply locally for rinsing, lotions, microclysters, irrigations and inhalations in diluted form (with boiled water 3-4 times). Take undiluted infusion in warm form 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals: adults and children over 14 years old - ⅓ cup; children 3-7 years old - 1 tablespoon, 7-12 years old - 2 tablespoons, 12-14 years old - ¼ cup. Shake the infusion before use.

Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enameled container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and let stand for 15 minutes. Take warm 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals: adults and children over 14 years old - 1 glass, children 3-7 years old - ¼ glass, 7-12 years old - ½ glass, 12-14 years old - ⅔ glass. Locally, the infusion can be used for rinsing, lotions, micro-enemas, irrigations and inhalations.

Store the prepared infusion at a temperature of 8-15 °C for no more than 2 days.

The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually for each patient.

Children

The drug should be used in children over 3 years of age.

Overdose

Long-term use (more than 2 months) may cause disturbances in water and electrolyte balance.

Adverse reactions

Allergic reactions (including rash, itching, skin hyperemia, edema), increased blood pressure, hypokalemia are possible. If adverse reactions occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Expiration date

3 years. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºС, out of the reach of children.
