Composition

1 film-coated tablet contains: calcium (as calcium carbonate) - 160.0 mg, vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate) - 45.0 mg, magnesium (as magnesium oxide) - 45.0 mg, vitamin PP (nicotinamide) - 13.5 mg, iron (as ferrous fumarate) - 13.5 mg, vitamin E (as DL-α-tocopherol acetate) - 10.0 mg, zinc (as zinc oxide) - 7.5 mg, vitamin B5 (as calcium D-pantothenate) - 4.5 mg, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 1.5 mg, vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride) - 1.1 mg, manganese (as manganese sulfate) - 0.9 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - 0.8 mg, copper (in the form of copper sulfate) - 0.45 mg, vitamin A (in the form of retinol acetate) - 0.4 mg, vitamin B9 (folic acid) - 200 mcg, iodine (in the form of potassium iodide) - 100 mcg, vitamin H (biotin) - 75 mcg, molybdenum (in the form of sodium molybdate) - 22.5 mcg, selenium (in the form of sodium selenite) - 20 mcg, chromium (in the form of chromium chloride) - 12.5 mcg, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 5 mcg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) - 1.5 mcg.

Excipients: fillers - microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate; colloid K25; crospovidone; film coating - Opadry® II57U29146 Clear (hypromellose, polydextrose, talc, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides).

Recommendations for use

As a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of vitamins and minerals for the purpose of:

• prevention of toxicosis in pregnant women;
• prevention of congenital fetal malformations caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies;
• prevention of anemia in pregnant women;
• providing women with the necessary vitamins and minerals during the periods of preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Method of administration and doses

Adults - 1 tablet 1–2 times a day during or after meals; drink a glass (200 ml) of drinking water.

The course of use is 3–4 weeks. Further use and the possibility of repeated courses must be agreed with the doctor individually.

Contraindication

Individual sensitivity to components.

Application features

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in the original packaging.
