Fungal diastase is an enzyme that consists of two types of amylase - alpha-amylase and beta-amylase. The enzyme has a pronounced effect on starch: 1 part of fungal diastase can break down up to 800 parts of starch. It also has protease and lipase activity. Unlike pancreatic enzymes, it is active in both alkaline and acidic environments, which makes it more suitable for use in enzyme deficiency.
Papain is an enzyme consisting of a mixture of papain and chymopapain, which has proteolytic activity and helps break down proteins. In terms of its action, papain is similar to pepsin, an enzyme produced in the human body during digestion. Indications for use
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which is clinically manifested by digestive disorders (heaviness in the abdomen, a feeling of rapid satiety and fullness, bloating, flatulence, a tendency to constipation or diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, colic). Chronic pancreatitis with insufficient exocrine pancreatic function. Chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (gastritis, duodenitis, enterocolitis, cholecystitis), associated with a decrease in the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and impaired bile secretion. Dosage and use
