Description

"Epigalin" has a complex effect on the human body, which is manifested in the inhibition of pathological hyperplastic processes in hormone-dependent organs and tissues of the female (mammary glands, endo- and myometrium and cervix, ovaries) and male (prostate gland) reproductive system, inhibits pathological growth and mitosis of cells in the organs and tissues of the female reproductive system, reduces the development of papillomatosis and the degree of cervical dysplasia caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV).

Properties

Indole-3-carbinol is a biologically active substance of the cruciferous family extract, blocks hormone-dependent and hormone-independent mechanisms that activate pathological cell growth in the tissues of the breast, uterus and prostate. By increasing the activity of the cytochrome P-450 enzyme system, it normalizes the balance of estrogens, inhibits the formation of procarcinogenic 16a-hydroxyestrone and promotes a shift in the ratio of metabolites of female sex hormones - estrogens in favor of the formation of 2-C-hydroestrone; prevents cell proliferation in estrogen-sensitive tissues; induces apoptosis processes in pathologically altered cells; neutralizes the effect of growth factors that stimulate the development of tumors in hormone-dependent organs of the reproductive system; It has a powerful antiviral effect against HPV, as it blocks the synthesis of the prooncogenic E7 protein in epithelial cells infected with this virus, causing selective cell death (apoptosis) infected with HPV, including cells that have already undergone virogenic tumor transformation.

Epigallocatechin-C-gallate is a biologically active substance of green tea extract, activates phagocytosis, stimulates the completion of phagocytosis, increases the number of phagocytic cells, has a pronounced angiostatic effect (inhibits the pathological growth of new vessels), helps reduce the growth of neoplasms; inhibits the invasive activity of endometrial cells; inhibits the activity of COX-2 and prostaglandins. It is characterized by the ability to inhibit the growth of vessels in myomatous nodes, prevents the penetration of endometrial cells into the muscle layer of the uterus, that is, it is an effective tool in the fight against adenomyosis.

Indication

Take on the recommendation of a doctor as an additional source of indole-3-carbinol and epigallocatechin-3-gallate in order to normalize metabolic processes in the reproductive organs of women and mammary glands, as well as the prostate gland in men. "Epigalin" may be recommended by a doctor for uterine leiomyoma, mastopathy, endometrial hyperplasia, endometriosis (including adenomyosis, endometrioid cysts), prostatic hyperplasia in diseases associated with the human papillomavirus (cervical dysplasia, anogenital warts).

Contraindication

Precautions

It is not recommended for use by people who take products that reduce the acidity of gastric juice.

Method of administration and doses

Adults should take 1-2 capsules per day with meals.

The duration of use and the need for a repeated course are determined by the doctor individually.
