Active ingredients
L-Arginine is an amino acid that participates in protein biosynthesis and promotes the detoxification function of the liver. L-Arginine is an important component of the biosynthesis of nitric oxide (NO), thereby contributing to the maintenance of physiological nitrogen balance, the elimination of residual nitrogen, the improvement of hepatoportal hemodynamics, in particular blood microcirculation in the liver and the saturation of liver cells with oxygen. The amino acid L-Arginine helps to improve intracellular metabolism in hepatocytes, supports their physiological activity, and promotes the regeneration of hepatocytes. L-Arginine also has a stimulating effect on the reproductive system of men and women and supports immunity.
Betaine is a lipotropic substance that participates in the biosynthesis of phospholipids, triglyceride transport, oxidation and catabolism of fats. Betaine helps reduce fatty liver disease, prevents its occurrence and reduces the level of homocysteine (one of the amino acids that signal the inflammatory process in the body) in inflammatory conditions under the conditions of its accumulation in the body, which helps reduce damage to the inner wall of the arteries. Due to this, Betaine helps reduce the risk of thrombosis and the progression of atherosclerosis. Betaine also has an antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory effect.
L-carnitine is a vitamin-like substance that participates in lipid metabolism, helps reduce the level of "harmful" cholesterol and body weight by increasing the rate of fatty acid breakdown and protein synthesis. The substance improves metabolic processes in liver and heart tissues, helps reduce mitochondrial dysfunction and improve energy metabolism, removes toxic substances and harmful metabolites from cells, increases performance, endurance during physical activity and sports, increases muscle mass and reduces fat content in cells, reduces manifestations of physical and mental fatigue and increases concentration.
Thus, on the recommendation of a doctor, Erholiv can be used as a dietary supplement to the usual diet as an additional source of L-arginine, betaine and L-carnitine, as a dietary factor, in a complex of preventive measures:
- in case of functional disorders of the liver, inflammatory processes in the liver and their consequences;
- in case of disorders of the functioning of the cardiovascular system and atherosclerotic changes;

Indications for use
It can be consumed as a dietary supplement to the usual diet as an additional source of L-arginine, betaine and L-carnitine in order to create optimal dietary conditions for the normal functioning of the liver and hepatobiliary system, contributing to:
- protection of liver cells and the hepatobiliary system;
- supporting normal fat and protein metabolism and eliminating toxins;
- normal functioning of energy metabolism;
- maintaining normal liver functioning during inflammatory processes in it and their consequences.
It is not a medicine.
A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Method of application
Oral solution to be consumed undiluted or diluted: 10 ml (ml) dissolved in 100 ml (ml) of drinking water at room temperature:
- children aged 7 to 12 years should consume 10 ml (ml) orally 1-2 times a day after meals;
- Children over 12 years of age and adults should consume 10 ml (ml) orally 2-3 times a day after meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
Duration of use: 2-4 weeks or as prescribed by a doctor.

Application features
Hypersensitivity to individual components of the product, women during pregnancy and lactation should use only on the recommendation of a doctor.
