1 film-coated tablet contains sildenafil citrate equivalent to 100 mg sildenafil; excipients: lactose monohydrate; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone K 29-32; croscarmellose sodium; magnesium stearate; Opadry Blue 03F20404 (hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 6000, indigo carmine aluminum lake).
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug.
Concomitant use with nitric oxide donors (such as amyl nitrite) or nitrates in any form is contraindicated, as sildenafil is known to affect the NO/cGMP metabolic pathways and potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates.
Concomitant use of PDE5 inhibitors (including sildenafil) with guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat is contraindicated as it may lead to symptomatic hypotension.
Method of application
The recommended dose is 50 mg, taken as needed approximately one hour before sexual intercourse. Based on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg.
The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg.
The maximum recommended frequency of administration is once a day.
If Erotex for men is taken with food, the onset of action of the drug may be delayed compared to taking it on an empty stomach.
Application features
Since sexual activity carries a certain cardiac risk, the physician should assess the patient's cardiovascular status before initiating any treatment for erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil has a vasodilating effect, which is manifested by a mild and transient decrease in blood pressure. Before prescribing sildenafil, the physician should carefully consider whether this effect may adversely affect patients with certain underlying diseases, especially in combination with sexual activity. Patients with increased sensitivity to vasodilators include patients with obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract (e.g., aortic stenosis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy) and patients with the rare syndrome of multiple system atrophy, one of the manifestations of which is severe dysregulation of blood pressure by the autonomic nervous system.

Erotex is not intended for use by women.
Children
Erotex is not used in children (under 18 years of age).
Drivers
Erotex for men may have a minor influence on the ability to drive or use machines. Since dizziness and visual disturbances have been reported in clinical studies with sildenafil, patients should be advised to assess their individual response to Erotex for men before driving or operating machinery.
Overdose
In volunteers who received a single dose of up to 800 mg, adverse reactions were similar to those observed at lower doses, but the incidence and severity of adverse reactions were increased. Doses of 200 mg did not increase efficacy, and the incidence of adverse reactions (headache, flushing, dizziness, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, visual disturbances) increased.

From the organs of vision: lacrimation disorders, eye pain, photophobia, photopsia, eye hyperemia, visual brightness, conjunctivitis.
