Composition
Active ingredients: 1 soft gelatin capsule contains soy lecithin (phospholipids from soybeans containing (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline) 300 mg.
Capsule shell composition: gelatin; water and glycerin (humectants); iron oxide and hydroxides (colorants).
Excipients: sunflower oil.

Description
ERUDIN® is a dietary supplement for use as an additional source of phospholipids from soybeans containing (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline) to create optimal physiological conditions for liver function.
The functional significance of phospholipids is based on their amphiphilic properties, which allow regulating the permeability of the cell membrane. They improve membrane function, in particular ion exchange, internal cellular respiration, biological oxidation, affect the binding of internal respiratory enzymes in mitochondria, as well as oxidative phosphorylation in cellular energy metabolism. Under physiological conditions, the synthesis of phospholipids satisfies the normal needs of hepatocytes, which contain a sufficient amount of phospholipids.
(3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline) in the composition of ERUDYN® primarily plays the role of a building material, it is structurally integrated into the damaged hepatocyte membrane, thereby reducing the manifestations of cytolytic syndrome in liver damage. Studies have shown the positive role of membrane phospholipids, in particular (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline), in such pathological liver conditions accompanied by cytolytic syndrome, as hepatitis of various etiologies, including viral, toxic liver damage, including alcoholic, cirrhosis of the liver, portal hypertension syndrome, iatrogenic liver damage due to long-term use of various medications that have a toxic effect on the liver.
Phospholipids in ERUDYN® also have a positive effect on impaired lipid metabolism by regulating lipoprotein metabolism, as a result of which neutral fats and cholesterol are converted into forms suitable for transportation, especially due to an increase in the ability of high-density lipoproteins to bind cholesterol, and are directed for further oxidation. During the excretion of phospholipids through the biliary tract, the lithogenic index decreases and bile is stabilized. These properties of phospholipids can be used in the complex treatment of cholelithiasis, postcholecystectomy syndrome and for adjusting the diet of people whose diet is dominated by fatty foods.
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of phospholipids, which are the main structural elements of cell membranes and cell organelles and participate in maintaining the normal functional state of hepatocyte membranes, and also take a direct part in their regeneration in case of liver damage. Also, essential phospholipids in the composition of ERUDYN® participate in the transport of nutrients to cells, have a positive effect on cholesterol metabolism and reduce the lithogenic index of bile. It can be used as a supplement to the daily diet to promote liver protection and its normal functioning.
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
Reservation
Hypersensitivity to individual components of the dietary supplement. Do not use in children, women during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Before starting consumption and when using it simultaneously with any medications, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not use in people with psychotic syndrome. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Appropriate precautions for use. It is not recommended to use the dietary supplement ERUDIN in high doses for more than 2 months. During use, one should refrain from concomitant intake of dietary supplements and/or medications with soybean phospholipids containing (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline due to the risk of their overdose.
Special precautions when using the dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. The product is intended for adults only.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Due to the lack of clinical data on the use of the dietary supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding, its use is not recommended during this period or only as prescribed and under the supervision of a doctor after consultation.
Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms. There is no data on the effect of the dietary supplement on the reaction rate when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms.
Children. The safety and effectiveness of the dietary supplement in children have not been studied, therefore the dietary supplement is not recommended for use in children.
Method of administration and doses
Adults take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day after meals or as directed by a doctor. Capsules should be taken without chewing, with sufficient liquid. Duration of use and dosage are determined individually, after additional consultation with a doctor.
Recommended duration of use: 30 days, further duration of use is agreed with the doctor.
Overdose
There are no reports of overdose, however, adverse reactions may occur. Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction with other tools and other types of interaction
Interaction studies with other dietary supplements and/or drugs have not been conducted.
Expiration date
2 years (24 months) from the date of manufacture. The best before date is indicated on the packaging.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children, at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C.
