Properties

Siberian pine essential oil is a clear, colorless or light yellow liquid with a subtle, fresh, spicy, resinous, woody, balsamic aroma reminiscent of camphor.

Indication

Siberian pine oil, like other relaxation oils, fights nervous tension. Massage with this oil relieves fatigue, and baths have a calming effect. Aromatherapy treatments with Siberian cedar essential oil enhance energy recovery processes, helping to restore physical strength after illness and excessive exertion.

Coniferous essential oils are indicated for lack of energy, weakness, and as a regulating agent in cases of hopelessness, fear, and pessimism. The pine aroma eradicates negative emotions and gives the ability to concentrate and introspect.

Application features

For external use only. Test individually, avoid overdose. If oil gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Use with caution during the first 4 months of pregnancy. Avoid using vegetable oil in acute nephritis.

Method of application

Enrichment of cosmetics: 4-8 drops of Siberian pine oil or one of the above oil mixtures per 15 g or 15 ml of base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo). Massage: 6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above oil mixtures mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed, etc.) or cream of your choice. Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 ° C), add 6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above oil compositions, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure - 10-20 minutes. Bath and sauna: Effective pine essential oils in the bath. To aromatize the air in a bathhouse and sauna, dilute 4-7 drops of oil in 500 ml of water by applying it to hot stones. Aromatization of a room: add 4-6 drops of Siberian pine essential oil or one of the essential oil blends to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. If you do not have an aroma lamp, you can apply vegetable oil to a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a heating radiator. You can add oil to a humidifier. Duration of the procedure - 15-30 minutes.
