Aromatic fir essential oil is an essential oil obtained from various parts of the above-ground part (green annual shoots, needles, cones, resin) of the evergreen Siberian fir tree. It has a fresh aroma that effectively helps eliminate odors in rooms. Since ancient times, the beautiful fir tree has been famous for its powerful healing properties, and its essential oil is valued for a large number of unique characteristics that are not repeated in any other aromatic oil. Fir essential oil tones and refreshes, and also relieves nervous tension. It has a deodorizing effect on the skin of the face and body, tightens aged, flabby skin.

Contraindication

For external use only. Test individually, avoid overdose. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Use with caution in epilepsy, prone to seizures. Do not use in acute kidney disease.

Dosage and use

Enrichment of cosmetics: mix 4-8 drops of silver fir oil or one of the essential oil compositions with 10-15 g (ml) of base (oil, cream, lotion, tonic, gel, rinse).

Massage: mix 6-7 drops of fir oil or one of the oil compositions with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed, etc.) or cream of your choice.

Baths: add 6-7 drops of fir oil or one of the oil compositions, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a full bath (37-38 ° C). Duration of the procedure: 10-20 minutes.

Gentle bath: 2-3 drops of fir essential oil or one of the oil compositions per 5-7 liters of warm water.

Bath and sauna: to aromatize the air in a bath or sauna, apply 4-7 drops of oil on heated stones diluted in 500 ml of water. Here you can buy quality essential oils for sauna at a great price.

Rubbing: 10 drops of fir oil or one of the oil compositions per 10-15 g (ml) of base (cream or oil).

Room aromatization: Add 4-6 drops of fir oil or one of the oil compositions to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. If you don’t have an aroma lamp, you can apply the oil to a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator. Aroma oils can also be used in a humidifier.

Storage conditions

Keep tightly closed, out of the reach of children. The temperature should not exceed +25°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
