Peppermint Essential Oil Aromatics is an essential oil extracted from fresh peppermint leaves. Everyone will probably agree that peppermint has a very pleasant smell and taste and is refreshing. Most of us think of mint as an herb for soothing tea or as a flavoring for chewing gum, candies, lollipops, toothpaste and breath fresheners. However, this medicinal plant with such a recognizable and unique aroma is not just a refreshing herb, it can give the human body much more! Peppermint essential oil is one of the best "calming" remedies. It helps with emotional exhaustion and anxiety. It is good for the skin: in small portions it relieves irritation and eliminates dryness; in large portions it enhances nutrition and causes a blush. It is used to care for problematic oily skin.

Contraindication.

For external use only. Subject to individual testing, do not overdo it. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Do not use in the first four months of pregnancy. With caution in allergic rhinitis.

Dosage and use

Enrichment of cosmetics: add 4 drops of peppermint oil or its mixture with other oils to 10-15 g (ml) of base (oil, cream, tonic, rinse, mask).

Massage: Mix 5-6 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture of peppermint and other oils with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach seed, grape seed, etc.) or cream of your choice. You can buy various essential oils for massage here.

Baths: add 5-7 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture with other oils, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a full bath (37-38 ° C). Duration of the procedure: 10-20 minutes.

Room aromatization: Add 3-5 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture of peppermint and other oils to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma fills the room. If you don't have an aroma lamp, you can apply the oil to a cloth or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator. The procedure can last 15-30 minutes.

Storage conditions

Keep tightly closed in a place inaccessible to children at a temperature not exceeding +25 ° C. Avoid direct sunlight.
