Peppermint Essential Oil Aromatics is an essential oil obtained from fresh peppermint leaves. Probably everyone will agree that peppermint is very pleasant to the smell and taste. Method of application

Enrichment of cosmetics: add 4 drops of peppermint oil or its mixture with other oils to 10-15 g (ml) of base (oil, cream, tonic, rinse, mask). Massage: mix 5-6 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture of mint and other oils with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach seed, grape seed, etc.) or your favorite cream. You can buy various essential oils for massage. Baths: add 5-7 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture with other oils to a full bath (37-38 ° C), pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes. Room aromatization: Add 3-5 drops of peppermint oil or a mixture of peppermint and other oils to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma fills the room. If you don't have an aroma lamp, you can apply the oil to a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator. The oil can be applied for 15-30 minutes.
