Properties

Cimicifuga extract contains a complex of substances - triterpene glycosides, phytosterols, flavonoids, salicylic acid - that indirectly exert an estrogen-like effect by binding to estrogen receptors. By affecting brain structures through dopaminergic or serotoninergic mechanisms, they reduce the production of gonadotropic hormones, which reduces the severity of menopausal disorders. Cimicifuga extract also has a mild sedative effect, improves bone tissue metabolism and reduces calcium loss.

Wild yam extract contains steroid phytohormones - precursors of progesterone and a number of other hormones that improve the function of female gonads and help restore the balance of sex hormones. It has a mild antispasmodic and anti-atherosclerotic effect.

Soybean sprout extract is a natural analogue of the female hormone estrogen and is able to support the body externally when its own synthesis has decreased. Estrogens have a positive effect on the production of collagen - a substance that helps keep the skin elastic. After menopause, estrogen levels and, consequently, collagen production can decrease significantly.

Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal function of skin, cartilage, teeth, bones and blood vessels. It also contains biotin, which ensures the growth of hair, nails and skin regeneration.

Magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3 - help maintain bone strength. Vitamin D3 also promotes the absorption and utilization of calcium from food.

Vitamin A (retinol), vitamin B6, vitamin B3, and vitamin B5 participate in hormone synthesis and enhance the effect of estradiol.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid, vitamins B12 and B6 are necessary for the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

All of the above substances can be useful for women with symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, increased sweating, increased irritability, sleep disturbances, emotional lability, decreased libido (sexual desire), dryness of the intimate area, etc. Also, for menopausal osteoporosis.

Method of application

Adults should take 1 capsule per day with meals.
