Composition
1 capsule contains: chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus castus) - 150 mg (mg), ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) - 70 mg (mg), valerian extract - 57 mg (mg), turmeric - 100 mg (mg).

Properties
Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) is a shrub of the Chasteberry family, containing flavonoids, essential oils (cineole, pinene), diterpenes and iridoid glycosides. The fruits and herb of chaste tree are included in the European Pharmacopoeia, the BTF and the pharmacopoeia of a number of European countries. In addition, in Western European and Asian medicine, the fruits are used for insufficient lactation, menstrual cycle disorders, and as a diuretic. The most important effect of chaste tree is the normalization of the level of sex hormones in both women and men. It reduces the production of prolactin, normalizes the ratio of hormones in the second phase of the menstrual cycle, thereby correcting its disorders and relieving pain in the mammary glands.
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or simply ginger, is widely used in folk medicine. The rhizomes of Zingiber officinale (ginger) have long been considered a traditional remedy for gastrointestinal diseases. The most active ingredients in ginger are pungent components, in particular gingerols and shogaols. The content of essential oil in dry rhizomes is 1.5-3%, its main component is zingiberene (zingiberene) - sesquiterpenes (a group of organic compounds of the terpene class) - up to 70%, also contains camphene, cineole, bisabolene, borneol, citral, linalool. Ginger also contains vitamins C, B, B2 and essential amino acids.
The active compounds (essential oil containing sesquiterpenes, terpene compounds, phenylalkanes) contained in the crushed ginger rhizome have an antiemetic effect in motion sickness (seasickness). They also increase the secretion of saliva, gastric juice and bile, due to which the drug normalizes digestion.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), root - a genus of perennial herbaceous plants of the Valerian family (Valerianaceae Batsch.). The main active ingredients of rhizomes with valerian roots are essential oil - 0.2-3.5% and valepotriates - 0.5-1%, alkaloids: actinidin, N-(2-p-hydroxyphenyl)-ethylactinidin, skitanin, tekostanin, tekomannin, valerianin, valerin and hatinin; macro- and microelements: K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cr, Al, Ba, V, Se, Ni, Sr, I, B.
Valerian is included in sedative and stomachic preparations. The active components of valerian reduce the excitability of the central nervous system, regulate cardiac activity, lower blood pressure, have antispasmodic and weak choleretic, desensitizing, anthelmintic, carminative effects, enhance the secretion of the glands of the digestive tract, etc.
Turmeric (Curcuma) is a genus of perennial plants in the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). The rhizomes and stems of many species of this genus contain essential oils and yellow pigments (curcumin) and are cultivated as spices.
Recommendations for use
It can be recommended for women as a source of biologically active substances of plant origin.
Method of application
Adults take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day after meals.
Duration of use: 3-6 months. Further use and the possibility of repetition should be agreed with the doctor.
