Composition

Composition (per 1 sachet): vitamin B8 (myo-inositol) - 2000 mg (mg); calcium L-methylfolate - 400 µg (mcg); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 10 µg (mcg); excipients: erythritol; citric acid; "Lemon" flavoring.

Properties

Myo-inositol is one of the endogenous human metabolites that has a significant impact on the functioning of all tissues. It normalizes the functioning of insulin receptors, reproductive hormones, growth factors, catecholamines and has a positive effect on reproductive function, restoring the regularity of the menstrual cycle and ovulation naturally, and has a positive effect on increasing fertility. Myo-inositol is involved in the regulation of fat metabolism, normalizes blood cholesterol levels, prevents the development of atherosclerosis and obesity, helps reduce insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, and helps eliminate skin problems such as acne, seborrhea and hirsutism (excessive hair growth in a male pattern). Myo-inositol is an important synergist of folates and other vitamins, as well as minerals.

L-methylfolate has a higher bioavailability than folic acid, it is its biologically active form. L-methylfolate plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, the synthesis of protein and nucleic acids, in the creation of new cells, including oocytes, contributes to the normalization of hormonal levels, the restoration of fertile function in women, and the correction of various pathological conditions in polycystic ovary syndrome.

Vitamin D3 is one of the main elements of the biochemical processes of the nervous, circulatory and musculoskeletal systems of the body. Method of administration and doses

Adults: 1 sachet once a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200-250 ml (ml) of room temperature water, stir thoroughly and drink immediately after preparation. The dose and duration of use may be changed as prescribed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a doctor before use.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
