Exchange and return

According to Order No. 360 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated July 19, 2005, medicines, medical devices, and medical products of proper quality purchased in pharmacies and their divisions are not subject to return.

This means that the product is not accepted for return if it does not fit you, you bought it by accident, you are allergic to it, or you do not need it.

You can return the goods in two cases:

*Return of goods during delivery

*Return of goods of inadequate quality after purchase

Return of goods upon delivery

Be sure to check your order upon receipt.

You can cancel the order in the following cases:

  1. The product received does not match your order.
  2. The product is damaged due to packaging damage.
  3. The packaging of the medicinal product itself is damaged
  4. The expiration date of the medicine has passed.
  5. There is an official ban on the sale and use of the drug.
  6. The product does not match the order according to the criteria: composition, release form, dosage, price, name

If you refuse to receive the order, the amount for delivery services is paid according to the current tariffs.

Return of goods after purchase

When returning, after purchase, a medical product or a medicinal product of inadequate quality, the following documents must be provided:

1. Fiscal receipt for the purchase of goods returned due to inadequate quality

2. Conclusion on the quality of the medicinal product, issued by the official laboratory of the State Medical Service. Or, in the case of a ban, an order of the State Medical Service for Medicines and Drug Control on the ban on the circulation of the medicinal product

If you have these two documents, you have the opportunity to return the money paid for the product or replace the drug with a similar one.
