Composition

active ingredients: Dextran 70 - 1.0 mg, hypromellose - 3.0 mg;

excipients: polyquaternium-1 solution, sodium tetraborate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust pH, purified water

Pharmacodynamics

Tear Natural II contains DUASORB™ - a water-soluble polymer system consisting of Dextran and hypromellose, which, when mixed with natural tear fluid, helps to moisturize the cornea. Together with the existing components of the tear fluid, a protective layer is formed on the surface of the cornea, which is maintained by adsorption. The DUASORB™ polymer system helps to increase the time of moisture retention in the cornea, and also increases the stability of the tear film, which is confirmed by the results of numerous studies devoted to the study of the tear film "breakup" time.

Indication

Dry eye syndrome. Deficiency of tear secretion. Tear film instability.

Contraindication

Known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

It has been established that Sloza Natura II eye drops are physically and chemically compatible with conventional eye drop components. However, simultaneous use with other eye drops should be avoided, as this may affect the absorption of the active components of the drug by the eye tissues.

Application features

If irritation persists, discontinue use of the drug.

Tear Natural II eye drops are a sterile product and are used only for topical use in ophthalmology.

The drug can be used while wearing contact lenses.

Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

As with any eye drops, temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may occur, which may affect the ability to drive or use machines. If blurred vision occurs during instillation, the patient should wait until vision clears before driving or using machines.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Dextran 70 and hypromellose are inert substances without pharmacological activity. They are not expected to be absorbed systemically, exhibit no systemic toxicity, and do not affect reproductive processes.

Method of administration and doses

As needed, 1-2 drops of the drug into the eye/eyes.

Wash your hands thoroughly before instillation.

Tilt your head back. Pull your lower eyelid down and look up. Instill 1-2 drops into the space between your eyelid and eyeball. Do not touch the tip of the bottle to your eyelids, eyelashes, or your hands.

Close your eye and blot it with a dry cotton swab.

Without opening your eye, lightly press its inner corner for 3-5 minutes; this will increase the effectiveness of the drops.

Children

The efficacy and safety of the drug in children and adolescents have not been systematically evaluated.

Overdose

There is no information about overdose cases.

Adverse reactions

Only in exceptional cases, Sloza Naturalna II eye drops may cause local irritation. Local hypersensitivity reactions are rare.

Expiration date

2 years.

Shelf life after opening the bottle is 4 weeks.

Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Storage conditions

The drug is stored at a temperature of 15 - 25 ° C in a place inaccessible to children.
