Its fruits contain a significant amount of essential and fatty oils, the seeds are rich in vitamins, especially provitamin A, vitamins C and E. Recommendations for use
For children over 7 years old, pour 1 tbsp. spoon (10.0 g) into 100 ml of boiling water, let it brew for 20 minutes, strain, take 50 ml 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals. For adults and children over 14 years old, pour 2 tbsp. spoon (10.0 g) into 200 ml of boiling water, let it brew for 20 minutes, strain, take 50 ml 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
