Fenugreek (Shambhala seeds, fenugreek) is a unique product that is popularly called a medicine against 100 diseases for its exceptionally healing properties. Method of application:
You can take fenugreek as a tea with milk, by sprouting the seeds, and by adding the dry seasoning in powder form to various dishes.

Contraindication:
It is prohibited in the first trimester of pregnancy, as it can provoke a miscarriage, with vaginal bleeding, with an excess of estrogen and prolactin in the body, with caution in insulin-dependent diabetes, during gastritis, stomach ulcers, colitis, with problems related to blood clotting, when diagnosing hyperestrogenia.
It is forbidden to take thyroid hormone medications at the same time as fenugreek.
