Recommendations for use

It can be recommended as a dietary supplement for adults as an additional source of iron with high bioavailability. Iron contributes to the normalization of cognitive brain functions, energy metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, the transport of oxygen in the body and plays a role in the process of cell division. Helps strengthen the immune system, reduces fatigue and tiredness.

Recommended daily amount: 1 tablet per day for adults.
