Ferol capsules No. 60

Pharmaplus Feroll capsules support male reproductive function and provide effective assistance in conceiving a child. The effect is achieved due to the complex effect on the male reproductive system of the components of the drug, known for their properties of improving the quality of seminal fluid.
Active ingredients
The positive effect is achieved due to the complex effect on the male reproductive system of the components of the drug, known for their properties to improve the quality of seminal fluid. The synergistic approach used as the main principle of Ferall's work has a much stronger effect and allows you to achieve better results than when taking these active substances separately.
L-carnitine is an amino acid (vitamin BP or vitamin T).
Carnitine has been shown to have a beneficial effect on male reproductive function. Carnitine is required in high concentrations, compared to its actual content in the prostate secretion, for the normal functioning of this system. It has also been shown that carnitine plays an important role in sperm maturation, as a result of which its concentration in infertile patients is lower than in men who do not suffer from infertility.
L-arginine (1-amino-4-guanidinovaleric acid)
The main pharmacological action of this essential amino acid is its conversion into nitric oxide (NO) molecules. Arginine is a major regulator of cardiovascular, immunological, neurotransmitter and hepatic functions, and is also essential for the reproductive system. It is known that up to 80% of arginine is contained in seminal fluid proteins, and its deficiency can cause pathospermia.
Arginine plays an active role in the functioning of the genitals and stimulates the synthesis of testosterone in men. Moreover, the combination of arginine and alpha-ketoglucorate significantly increases the level of nitric oxide, thereby enhancing erectile function.
Zinc
Zinc, in addition to its antioxidant properties and participation in many biochemical processes in the body, can increase sperm concentration (i.e., increase the number of sperm per milliliter), improve sperm motility, and increase levels of the male hormone testosterone, which plays a key role in sperm.
Vitamin E (tocopherol)
One of the most well-known antioxidants. It is found in cell membranes and prevents cell damage by neutralizing hydrogen peroxide and other reactive oxygen species. In addition, vitamin E reduces the "burden" of oxidative stress in testicular tissues (leading to increased sperm motility) and has a positive effect on the ability of sperm to penetrate the egg in vitro.
Glutathione and selenium
These trace elements are effective free radical scavengers and, according to many studies, provide significant improvements in sperm motility.
Coenzyme Q10 - Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)
It is structurally similar to vitamin K and is found in most human tissues. It has antioxidant properties and protects the body from the negative effects of free radicals.
Coenzyme Q10 is effective at high physical exertion, provides the body with energy, increases endurance. Dietary supplements containing coenzyme Q10 can slow down the aging process by supporting the ability of cells to produce energy. It has been proven that the appointment of coenzyme Q10 to men with idiopathic pathozoospermia leads to an increase in the number of motile sperm, which increases the likelihood of fertilization of the egg.
Folic acid (vitamin B9)
It is necessary for the development and division of cells (including the production of blood cells), as well as for improving the metabolism of nervous tissue. This element is also involved in the functioning of the coronary system. The positive effect of folic acid on the body has long been studied and described in scientific literature. Moreover, regular use of folic acid is recommended in case of vitamin deficiency, as is the case today.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), family Fabaceae
The rhizomes of this plant contain triterpene saponin (glycyrrhizin - up to 23%), flavonoids, polysaccharides (starch, pectin substances - up to 27%) and a complex of other beneficial substances, which explains their widespread use in medicine.
Due to these properties, the modern use of licorice root extract is quite common in urological practice, including for adenoma, sexual dysfunction, chronic prostatitis, chronic adrenal insufficiency, and as a general tonic.
