Active ingredients

Flaxseed oil is a leader among vegetable oils in terms of biological value. The product contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (a record amount, twice as much as in fish oil): linolenic (omega-3), linoleic (omega-6), oleic (omega-9), in large quantities: protein, lecithin, zinc, magnesium, potassium, vitamins A, B and E. Flaxseed oil, due to its unique chemical composition, has antisclerotic, antioxidant, regenerating, anti-inflammatory, hypotensive, expectorant, choleretic, and tonic properties.

Recommendations for use

Adults and children over 12 years of age should take one teaspoon 30 minutes before meals, twice a day. The oil can be added to cold dishes with vegetables.

The course of use is 3-4 weeks. Further period of use should be agreed with the doctor.
