Flexbumin solution 20% 200mg/ml 100ml package No. 1

Flexbumin - refers to blood substitutes and protein fractions of blood plasma. It is used to restore and maintain the volume of circulating blood in cases of volume deficiency and the need for the use of colloids.
Warehouse
1 liter of solution contains 200 g of human albumin (albumin content must be at least 95% of protein content); excipients: sodium caprylate, N-acetyltryptophan, sodium chloride, water for injection. The total amount of sodium ions is 130-160 mmol/l (3.33 g).
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to albumin or to any of the excipients of the drug.
Method of application
Albumin concentration, dosage, and infusion rate should be adjusted to the individual patient's needs.
Application features
The colloid-osmotic effect of human albumin 200 g/l is approximately four times that of blood plasma. Therefore, when administering concentrated albumin, care must be taken to ensure adequate hydration of the patient. The patient's condition must be closely monitored to protect him from circulatory overload and hyperhydration.
Human albumin solution 200 g/l has a relatively low electrolyte content compared to human albumin solution 40-50 g/l. When administering albumin, the patient's electrolyte status should be regularly checked and appropriate measures taken to restore and maintain electrolyte balance.
Pregnant women
The safety of the drug in pregnant women has not been established in controlled clinical studies. However, clinical experience with albumin has not revealed any harmful effects on the course of pregnancy, the fetus or the newborn. However, healthcare professionals should weigh the potential risks and prescribe Flexbumin only when absolutely necessary.
Children
Clinical studies of the safety and efficacy of Flexbumin in pediatric patients have not been conducted. Therefore, the drug is not indicated for use in the pediatric population.
Drivers
No effect on the ability to drive or use machines was observed.
Overdose
If the dosage and rate of administration are too high, hypervolemia may occur. At the first clinical manifestations of cardiovascular overload (headache, shortness of breath, jugular venous congestion), increased blood pressure, increased central venous pressure and pulmonary edema, the administration should be stopped immediately and the patient's hemodynamic parameters should be carefully monitored.
