Method of application

Room aromatization: add 4-7 drops to an aroma lamp, fill it with water, light a candle, duration – 20-40 minutes.

Taking a bath: 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk or honey, add the mixture to water (37-38 ° C), duration of the procedure - 10-15 minutes.

Hot inhalations: add 3-4 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapors for 10 minutes, keeping your eyes closed.

Cold inhalation: apply 2-4 drops of essential oil to a napkin and inhale for 5-10 minutes.

Massage: add one or more essential oils to the oil (almond, peach, grape or other) (3-5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of oil).

Rubbing: Dissolve 10 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of oil or alcohol.

Enrichment of cosmetics: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo, balm.

If oil gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water.
