METHOD OF EXTERNAL APPLICATION

Room aromatization

Add 4-7 drops to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The duration of the procedure is 20-40 minutes.

Taking a bath

Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk or honey and add to water (37-38 °C). Duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.

Inhalations

Hot Inhalation: Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of hot water. Hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the steam for 10 minutes with your eyes closed.

Cold inhalation: Apply 2-4 drops of essential oil to a tissue and inhale for 5-10 minutes.

Massage

Add one or more essential oils to the oil (almond, peach, grape or other) (3-5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of oil).

Rubbing

Dissolve 10 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of oil or alcohol.

Enrichment of cosmetic products

Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to your cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo, or balm.

If you like the smell of the essential oil when inhaled and it does not cause respiratory discomfort, accompanied by coughing, shortness of breath, dizziness, this product can be used to aromatize rooms, saunas, etc. Skin sensitivity. Dissolve 1 drop of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of oil and apply the mixture to the skin of the wrist or elbow. If after 15-40 minutes there is no redness or itching on the skin, the oil can be used externally.
